Ideal’s prices were competitive. This is the first time I’ve done a major move. I didn’t feel like I got jerked around or forced into anything. All of the policies were clearly explained and my contact always gave me the most economical option. They arrived on time, nothing broke in transport or when they unloaded it, and they practiced good covid precautions.

This is the second time I moved with these people and I’m really happy I found them. I’ve had bad experiences with movers in the past and I was really scared they would be the same. Last minute I mean really last minute. I called to see if they were available next day…..few hours I get a call back and they found me a spot moreover I didn’t need to pay an arm and a leg. We are a small family but we do have plenty of exotic pets and plants so moving is a bit of an issue for us. We have iguanas, snakes, tarantulas, parrots, you name it, we have it. Moving companies are not allowed to move live animals and plants. Ideal didn’t actually move the animals but even though it’s not their job they went out of their way and helped us find a solution for the animals even before we decided on whether or not we were going to use them for moving the regular household goods. This really convinced me that they are more than just a moving company. They are really a lot of help in everything that is related to moving and I really love that about them. Would recommend.

Last week three hardworking gentlemen moved our entire old house to the new one in LA. It was a big job and took the whole day they were nearly exhausted but, they never once complained or grumbled about the work. They worked their butts off for the entire time. I was very impressed and 100% satisfied with their job.

We used Ideal Moving to move my parents out of their four-story home VA into a three-bedroom ranch in CO. After living in their home for 36 years, it was quite difficult to downsize that much and they did take way too much stuff. The 4 gentleman that came to move them were very friendly, compassionate, and they all seem to work well together. The move took longer than we expected and they had to come back the next day, all with no complaining. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend them for your move.

I just wanted to let you know that your crew did an absolutely wonderful job moving our furniture including the vanity and marble top. They were polite and conscientious to make sure it was done right and no damage was done to the vanity or walls. Great Crew
I used Ideal Moving for a move from Minnesota to Florida on September 21st. This was a first time long distance move for me so I was very anxious. I called for a quote and spoke with Lauren one of the managers, she walked me through the process and was very courteous and returned any call promptly. She scheduled a virtual walk through to give me a quote. She was very thorough and explained everything to me so I signed up, I’m so glad I did. Moving day came and David & his team arrived on time and loaded the truck, they took great care with my belongings and padded, wrapped and secured everything. My anxiety was gone. David, also the driver arrived in florida and called to let me know he was there the day before move on. He and two helpers in FL arrived the next day as scheduled and on time, the unload went just as smoothly as the load….NOTHING broken. This was an otherwise stressful move but working with these guys was amazing, bar none the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. My son sent me a big China cabinet he bought for me at an antique shop. It is a beautiful piece. It’s Art Deco. Full of glass and very fragile. I got it now and it arrived intact. The ones who are responsible for the transportation miracle are Ideal. Would absolutely recommend.

Let me say that I HATE moving! I have used multiple moving companies and each time they have disappointed me, disrespected me + my time, and made the moving process even worse than moving already is with huffing & puffing, and complaining the entire time — despite the fact that I was PAYING THEM. My girlfriend and I were in a pinch and needed a moving company quickly, so we decided to take a chance and call Ideal Moving. So happy we did!! Reasonably priced, 3 movers showed up (wearing masks the entire time) ON TIME, they wrapped our furniture carefully, moved incredibly quickly, and got the job done in NO time! We tipped them very generously and will not hesitate to use them again. I’m so happy to know that a GOOD moving company does exist!
